$7 SUNDAY

IT'S $7 SUNDAY!!

We are having our first Community Flow class this Sunday at 4:30pm for $7. We will be moving through traditional yoga postures to release stress and calm the body. This class will incorporate stretches, balance, strength, flexibility, and Sun Salutations. Lisa will be teaching this all levels Yoga class.
