Each team member is dedicated to creating safe, supportive environments where students of all levels can explore their practice, find healing, and build lasting connections within our Hampstead community.
Lisa
Lisa is an ERYT-500 and ERYT-200 Registered Yoga Teacher, 50-hour Aerial Yoga certified, and Barre Above Level 2 Instructor. She holds additional certifications in Barre with Pilates Focus, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Foam Rolling. Beginning her yoga journey in 2013 following a medical diagnosis, Lisa completed her 200-hour training through Charm City Yoga in 2018 and 300-hour training through My Vinyasa Practice in 2020. She loves inspiring others by using movement as medicine, weaving meaningful themes into practice for better mental and physical health. Lisa specializes in teaching stress management and coping techniques for anxiety and depression. In her spare time, she enjoys reading fiction and wellness books while spending time with her family and cats, Luna and Karma.

Nichole
Nichole is a 200-hour RYT and 50-hour Aerial Yoga certified instructor who has maintained a consistent yoga practice since 2003. Through her dedicated practice, she has discovered physical and mental strength that keeps her returning to her mat daily. Excited to share her knowledge, she began her teaching journey in 2019 with a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone. Nichole presents yoga through a lighthearted and fun perspective where students can learn, laugh, and explore their practice without taking themselves too seriously. Her classes focus on getting the most out of your practice while maintaining joy and playfulness. She believes yoga should be both transformative and enjoyable, creating space for growth through positive energy and encouragement.

Denise
Denise is our skilled massage therapist and holistic health practitioner who brings a comprehensive wellness approach to our team. Along with being a 200-hour Yoga Instructor, she holds certifications in Massage Therapy, Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, Human Design, and Physical Release of Emotional Trauma. As a Holistic Health Practitioner, Denise specializes in supporting clients with mystery illnesses and autoimmune conditions, offering integrative approaches to healing. Her diverse skill set allows her to address both physical and energetic aspects of wellness, creating personalized treatment plans for each client. Denise combines her knowledge of bodywork with spiritual practices to facilitate deep healing and transformation. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, hiking, and cooking nourishing meals.

Katie
Katie is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people find freedom and comfort in their bodies. She has personally experienced yoga as physically, mentally, and spiritually empowering, and is determined to share that transformative gift with her students. Katie's approach combines her understanding of anatomy through massage therapy with the mindfulness and movement of yoga practice. Her classes focus on creating safe spaces where students can explore their bodies' capabilities while honoring their limitations. She believes in the power of mindful movement to create lasting positive change in people's lives. Katie's dual training allows her to offer unique insights into body mechanics and healing, helping students develop sustainable practices that support their overall well-being.

Tracy
Tracy is a certified Pilates instructor who has completed three levels of mat and reformer training, plus holds certifications in Yin Yoga, TRX, Mobility Sticks, and AFAA personal training. She began teaching Pilates in 2017 after a meniscus tear limited her physical movement, discovering firsthand the healing power of mindful movement and proper alignment. Tracy strives to help others increase flexibility, mobility, balance, and strength through targeted exercises and modifications. Her personal experience with injury and recovery gives her unique insight into working with physical limitations and building strength safely. She specializes in helping students develop core stability and functional movement patterns that support daily activities. In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs, reading, traveling, and enjoying good tacos.

Brooke
Brooke came to yoga after the death of her son and often refers to yoga as "lifesaving" in her healing journey. Her classes offer more than physical practice, with mental and spiritual aspects evident from the moment you enter her space. Brooke believes that to evolve your physical practice, you must embrace yoga's spiritual aspects both on and off the mat. Always ready for challenges, she welcomes special requests and adapts classes to meet students' individual needs and goals. In addition to her 200-hour teacher training, Brooke holds certifications in Yin Yoga, Children's Yoga, and 100-hour Grief Yoga, and is a registered teacher through Yoga Alliance. She is also an Institute for Integrative Nutrition trained health coach focusing on movement and nourishment, teaching cooking classes and advocating for local nonprofits. When not teaching, you'll find Brooke in nature hiking or golfing with her dog Lily and husband Ken.

Kristen
Kristen is a certified Zumba Instructor and official member of ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network) who brings infectious energy and joy to every class. Having participated in Zumba classes for 13 years, she decided to become an instructor to show others that exercising and burning calories can be incredibly fun and engaging. Kristen's classes are high-energy dance parties that combine Latin and international music with easy-to-follow dance moves. She believes fitness should feel like celebration rather than obligation, creating an atmosphere where students can let loose and enjoy movement. Her enthusiasm and encouraging teaching style help students of all fitness levels feel confident and successful. Kristen specializes in making fitness accessible and enjoyable, proving that you don't need to be a dancer to have fun and get a great workout in her Zumba classes.

Jenn
Jenn is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, with additional certifications in Yin and Restorative Yoga, plus training as a Reiki practitioner. Her well-rounded approach to wellness combines physical postures with energy healing to support students' complete well-being. Jenn's teaching style emphasizes mindfulness, breath awareness, and creating space for inner reflection and healing. She brings a gentle, nurturing presence to her classes that helps students feel safe to explore their practice at their own pace. Her diverse training allows her to offer classes that address both active movement and deep relaxation needs. In her personal time, Jenn enjoys gardening, hiking, photography, and reading about yoga philosophy and practice. She loves spending time with her husband Josh and their beloved animal family: dogs Benson and Lana, cat Cleveland, outdoor friend Stephen, and chinchilla Chin Chin.

Vanessa
Vanessa is a certified 240-hour Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master who specializes in creating healing spaces for those dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her favorite practices to teach include Gentle/Slow Flows, Yin, and Restorative yoga, though she personally enjoys practicing all different styles. Vanessa's classes focus on breath awareness and "finding your flow," tapping into yoga's healing aspects while simply "being" present. Yoga and Reiki entered her life unexpectedly, kickstarting her own healing journey and inspiring her to share these practices with others. As a Trauma Informed instructor, she is passionate about mental health awareness and creating safe spaces for vulnerable populations. Her goal is to help others connect with their true selves through mindful practice. When not teaching, Vanessa works as a hair colorist and stylist. She enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, attending music festivals, listening to podcasts, tending houseplants, and collecting crystals.
