With the start of the new year, I've been thinking lately about the choices that I've made. Looking back I'd say some were good, some not so much. Are there some I'd change? Definitely. But I also know that I'm where I am today because of those choices.

It's easy to punish yourself for staying too long in a relationship, at a dead end job, making unhealthy choices, etc...Continuing with these patterns can make you feel pretty bad.

This week, notice your patterns. Are you stuck in a situation and choosing to stay there? Making a change can be scary and it may seem easier to do nothing, but remember, in staying, we get the same results.

Invite change into your body and your life. Step back from yourself, observe, feel all the feels. Sadness, anxiousness, discomfort. It's in those unsettled feelings that we can transform.
