This quote is used in one of my favorite songs Closing Time by Semisonic. Does anyone else remember and like this song?

I love the sentiment of this quote, but I've always felt that closing the doors on something can be difficult. I'm sad that our Chakra series is coming to an end this Monday night. I've been overwhelmed by the response to this series and so glad that you have all shown up to take part in it.

This week we will be finishing with the Crown Chakra, Sahasrara. Sahasrara means "thousand petaled lotus" and we will be using the Lotus Mudra to open up our Crown Chakra energy. If you've been feeling depressed, bored, or disconnected lately, tuning into this Chakra will help you connect to your surroundings and "higher self."

While endings can be sad, new beginnings can be exciting! At Inspired, we have some wonderful new things planned for March and April! Stay tuned for details in next weeks Sunday email!
