Happy Friday,

I'm happy to announce that I have added a Kickboxing Barre class on Friday May 20th at 5:30pm! This class is a major calorie burn and a great way to release some stress. We will punch, kick, squat, lunge, and plié through this hour long class. You can expect lots of cardio, standing abs, and upbeat music. Oh, and be prepared to sweat!!

Please bring a light set of weights, but I will have extra on hand, and a small towel. Balls, bands, and gliders may also be used.

Class is offered in person or online and registration is now open. Space is limited.
