FLOW AND UNWIND

Hi Yogis,

I'm excited to get started teaching in 2022 and have just added Flow and Unwind to the schedule! This class will start on January 6th and repeat every other Thursday from 5:30 to 6:45. Here's what you can expect....

Join me for this Yoga class that will combine traditional yoga flows with slower paced stretches. The first part of class is designed to get you moving, build strength, and increase the heart rate.

Then we will unwind to a slower pace to stretch the connective tissues of the body, such as tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Some postures will be held for a longer period of time to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.

Yoga straps and blocks may be used.
