Hi Yogis and Happy Wednesday! This is a reminder that for the month of February, you can bring a friend for FREE to Pumped Up Strength! Molly teaches this dynamic class every Thursday at 5:30pm. This class will focus on calorie burn and building strength. By using weights, it will also rev your metabolism. You pick which size weights you want to use.
