It's October already!

Can you believe it's October already? A new month is a great time for a reset!

Here are a few tips:

  1. $1

    Ask yourself these questions....

    What did I achieve this month?

    What hurdles did I overcome?

    How do I want to improve?

    What should I bring forward into the new month?

    Do I want to leave anything behind?

  2. WRITE NEW GOALS FOR THE MONTH. Pick a few goals you'd like to achieve. Write down steps you need to accomplish in order to achieve your goals by the end of the month.

    My goals are to do more personal yoga and read more books.

What are your goals?

Visit us in the studio this month! Our Beginner Yoga Series starts Thursday at 5:15pm and is full> Please arrive a few minutes early to set up and bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

We have 5 morning classes now!

Tuesday: 8am Barre

Thursday: 8am Pilates

Friday: 8am All Levels Vinyasa with Cher

Saturday: 9am Kickboxing Barre

Sunday: 10am Yin with Chris

Friday October 28th is our Halloween Barre at 5:30pm. Wear your Halloween leggings and tops and join us for a fun playlist. Class packs can be used for this class as well as Monthly Memberships. A single class is $13.
