LET IT SNOW

It's snowing here, how about at your house? With winter upon us, it may become more difficult to travel to classes. That's why I've been working on a few ideas.

In an effort to expand Yoga and Barre With Lisa, I'm looking into adding livestream options for the classes that I offer at St. John's. That way if you can't physically come, you will be able to do the classes live with us. You don't have to be a member to participate in live classes.

My hope is to upload the classes to the private Facebook group that I created today. This group and video playbacks will be for those with monthly memberships.

As far as Monday's classes, I will give an update tomorrow by 2:00 in the afternoon but hopefully before that.
