
Pop up class with Molly
We're excited to announce our first Pop Up Class! Molly will be teaching Pumped Up Strength on Friday December 23rd at 8:00am. This class will rev up your metabolism, burn major calories, and build strength and muscle tone.
This is not a bulk up class!! Pumped Up Strength gives you long lean muscle tone, which is so important as we age. We have 2, 3, 5, and 8lb weights. Use what feels right for your body, or no weights at all.
Molly will also be filling in for Lisa, teaching Barre on Saturday December 24th at 9:00am.
