SECOND GUESSING
Happy Sunday,
As we begin a new week, ask yourself, "How many times in a day or week do I second guess myself?"
It's funny, when I was younger I hardly ever second guessed myself. I can remember waking up one morning and saying, "I'm going out and buying a new car today." That night I came home with a brand new red Cavalier. I still consider it one of the best decisions I've ever made, and to this day, it was my favorite car.
Maybe it's not thinking as much about the consequences when we're younger. As we get older we have more responsibilities to think about. Over thinking can be agonizing and indecision is worse than making the wrong decision. Isn't it fun sometimes to just do what you want and make a decision on the fly?
Stop for the coffee, buy the shoes, eat the sundae.
Make a few decisions this week where you don't question yourself. It's pretty freeing. Oh, and come to classes.
Have a great week!
Love and peace,
Lisa
