Small business policies

While we would like to thank everyone tremendously for supporting our small business, in an effort to keep everything running smoothly, we would like to make everyone aware of our policies.

Class Packs and Coupon Codes

• Class Packs do expire. If you purchase a 5 Class Pack it expires in 3 months. A 6 Class Pack expires in 6 months. There will be no extensions on Class Packs.
• Class Packs can only be used by the purchaser (unless it is purchased as a gift for someone) and are not transferrable.
• Coupon codes cannot be shared.

Cancelling a Registration

• If you need to cancel a registration, please go to your confirmation email, manage registration (at the bottom), and cancel. Or go to the website, User Profile, Registrations (this lists all of the classes that you are registered for), and Cancel.
• If you are having trouble registering for a class, please log out of your account and back in.

While in the Studio

• Please arrive a few minutes before the start of class, as doors will be locked in an effort to keep everyone safe and without interruptions.
• Our yoga classes provide a quiet space. It is your time away from distractions. As a courtesy, to everyone in the room, please silence cell phones.
