WHEN LIFE GETS HEAVY

Carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders is not good mentally or physically. Sometimes it's hard not to carry that weight, between issues with friends and family, relationships, job struggles, life can be hard sometimes. So what can you do?

Make yourself aware of how you're feeling. Do you feel the tension in your body and the worry in your mind? Decide what you need to do to get rid of it. What would make you feel better? Do you need to make a change somewhere in you life?

When we feel the weight, we can get a sense of being stuck, not knowing what to do. Not to mention, it may seem easier to stay with the issues we have than to change anything.

Then there are times when we don't even realize how heavy that weight can be. If there's something that's been troubling you, know that YOU can change it.
