Hi Yogis!
Just a reminder that Chris will be teaching Yin Yoga tonight, and every Thursday night at 6:30pm.
If you're new to Yin Yoga, it is a fantastic class to unwind and relax after a long day. Postures are held for about 3 to 5 minutes to promote healing in the fascia, ligaments and tendons. Most poses are seated or lying down.
Yin Yoga reduces anxiety and stress, increases circulation, and improves flexibility and joint mobility. It's a win win!
Classes are in person at St. John's Church, Main Street Hampstead. Only $7 through June and July.
